Libby - Children's Portrait Session

I had the pleasure of photographing Baby Libby this morning; a three month old angel who has more happiness in her little dimples than most people carry with them in their entire body.  She's curious, alert, and as I said, quite happy.  A little bundle of joy this one and she has two big brothers to protect her for life.  Such a beautiful family.  Thank you for inviting me into your home to capture the three month milestone of your little girl; I am honored and had a wonderful time!

Want photos - WILL travel!

Hey there friends, I've received quite a few e-mails lately asking if I am willing to travel for special events and so forth.  The answer is yes, I for one, love to travel.  That said, there may be additional fees for traveling outside of the immediate area, but it's as simple as sending me an e-mail to get the conversation going.

Spring has sprung!

Good morning everyone!  I seem to have a spring and summer filling rather quickly with portraits, weddings, and more.  Not to mention Twins season begins in just a handful of days!  There are still openings available for portrait, weddings, and more.  Let us not forget about that gorgeous light we will have now that the days are getting longer; weeknights are available!

Winter in Minnesota...

It must be said, I love Winter in Minnesota... except for when I'm sick of Winter in Minnesota.  ;)  In all seriousness though, it's amazingly beautiful here year round and in the wintertime, it's... magical.  As much as I dislike the freezing cold, I cannot seem to resist the gently falling snow.  It's beautiful and if I stand there for even a moment, motionless while listening to the sounds around me, I can almost hear the snow as each flake falls on the ground. ...  Magical.

Winter Wedding, Duluth MN

It's all about the bride...

A couple of weekends ago my good and talented friend Matt (Matthew Joel Photography) invited me Northbound to Duluth, MN to assist him with a wedding.  This is the second assist I've worked with him (third if you count the one where he assisted me) and the one consistent thing we learn over and over is what a great team we make.  We have a blast, we're efficient, and well... we take pretty good photos as well.  ;)  Thank you my friend, I look forward to the next adventure!

Winter Wonderland

As much as I enjoy photographing people and their momentous, timeless occasions, I also enjoy and have a special place in my heart for all things Landscape related.  I love the world around us; how it works, how it changes, how it expresses itself.
